Our Chief Executive

Elisha Attai is a media, communications and public relations practitioner. A strong advocate for the development and advancement of the African woman, he is the founder of the African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO), the initiator and organiser of the African Women in Leadership Conference (AWLC).

Elisha holds a Master degrees in Public Administration and Music Technology with several years experience in public relations, music management, brand and business development /consultancy.

He is the Managing Director/CEO of Studio 115 Integrated Services, a communication services, media/Public Relation and brand development consultancy company, a content producer for Mnet (Africa Magic) with the most watched breakfast show ”Good morning Africa” . Elisha Attai is the Executive Director of HDF.

HDF Projects International, a leadership and human capacity development consultancy services company. Elisha’s proven track record in transforming brands for success has contributed to the growth and relevance of the African Women organisation Conference over the last eight years.
An indigene of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, he is passionate about the development and advancement of his State and thus contributes his quota by applying his vast knowledge and experience in promoting the positive image of his State at home and abroad.

Elisha has a strong Christian ethic and immerses himself with many faith based activities. He is also involved with several charitable organisations and is an active supporter and friend of LittleBigSouls, a charity for the care of premature babies born in Africa. He has professional associations with a number of organisations such as the Nigeria British Chamber of Commerce, the Performing Musician Association of Nigeria (PMAN) and the South African Association of Culture and Tourism just to mention a few. Elisha philosophy about life is that the world is big enough for everyone. Hurting someone or blackmailing someone should be the last thing anyone can think of. Elisha’s dream and vision is to see a continent that gives women equal opportunity.

He is a recipient of numerous awards within and outside the Continent, recently honored by UN women national committee Canada as their Ambassador for his contribution to gender equality and women empowerment over the years. Elisha Attai is an hononary Citizen of the State of Georgia,USA.
An ardent sports fan, he loves football. Elisha lives in Lagos with his beautiful wife Eno and four lovely children.
