Maureen Omeibe emerged as one of the prominent young African Women strategically working for Women Economic Productivity,Enterprise Change,  Leadership and Development in Africa. A seasoned Business Executive with core competencies in Corporate Development , Finance and Strategy,,Policy Analysis and Development, Investment,Risk Analysis, Effective People and Organisational Leadership,Negotiation,Change Management,Work Place Team Building,Training and Development. She is the Executive Director Degab Groups Limited. An Automotive Manufacturing,Properties ,Haulage and Logistics solutions Group Operating in Nigeria and parts of West Africa. The Vice Chairperson Motorcycles Manufacturers Association of Nigeria where she champions the sectoral policy development, advocacy ,consolidation and advancement of the sub-sector agenda in compliance to the  National Automotive Policy and Global Practice.

A South Texas University certified Train the Trainers Specialist,She is a knowledge and skills acquisition and transfer expert and have well established platforms she utilises to train,impact persons, processes and systems in Business Organisations,Non Governmental Organisations and Foundational Schools. She holds both Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Public and International Affairs respectively from the University of Lagos.

She is the Founder Network for Women and Public Policy (NETWAPP) a rising social development network whose mandate focuses on improvement of Women Economic Productivity through research, training,Tech Innovation,Policy Education and Advocacy. Under the flagship Project of the Organisation NETWAPP Called (PDET )Productivity and Digital Enterprise Training hundreds of Women in Nigerian has been profiled and given specialised training leading to employments and establishments of micro enterprises. The W- Help Project of the Organisation sees to the annual material supports to the highly vulnerable Women in rural areas with establishment of linkages for sensitisation and welfare at Local Governments Levels. 

She closely works with the global office of the African Women in Leadership Organisation establishing and steering processes that leads to growth of the Organisation and establishment of Chapters of the Organisation across continents.She is the Global Dean of Coordinators African Women in Leadership Organisation. She is a board member Motor Vehicles and Miscellaneous Assembly Nigeria, Astute Member Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) Board Member the Carpenter Foundation. A fellow of the Institute of Political Administration and Management Nigeria. A  fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators Nigeria. She is an Editorial Board Member Center for Organisational Leadership and Development (COLD) UAE .
