The 7th Edition of the Africa Women in Leadership Organization Global Conference was held in the city of Sugar Land, Texas from the 12th to 16th of August, 2015. It was a wonderful 4 days of powerful presentations, networking, bonding and sisterhood. It was exciting, exhilarating, educative, freeing, inspiring and all things good!

Members , after intensive deliberations came out with some resolutions, taking into cognizance the fact that the motive of AWLO is to change the story of Africa for the better. The resolutions are as follows:

1.We agree to come together as one to support young children across the globe so that they receive adequate education. We agree to coach them, mentor them and help provide the necessary resources needed to succeed in the classroom.

2. We agree to band together to mentor and love those children without a mother or mother figure in their lives. We resolve to be the light in their lives by mentoring and providing guidance.

3.We resolve that as a leader, mother and empowered female, we shall lead by our actions and not by mere words.

4. We resolve and agree as an Organization to inspire others to realize their leadership and true potential by inviting indigent women in countries where we hold our conferences to attend same at no cost.

5. We resolve to individually key in to the 1 mother 1 child initiative of our organization by adopting at least one child on whom we shall give a report when we meet in 2016.

6. We resolve to create a culture of trust amongst our children
